BCN Application Information |
| Thank you for considering to apply for BCN's (formally Norcom) long distance or toll free program.
BCN offers you the choice of signing up for just long distance (1 plus dialing) or toll free service or BOTH. You might check to see what you are currently paying for long distance before deciding. These are great rates, so usually it is a good idea to do both. The monthly $25 a month minimum is per ACCOUNT, not per line. So combining both your long distance and toll free you should easily reach the minimum. To complete the application process efficiently, please follow the these steps. Step 1- See if your local phone company qualifies. If you are unsure, feel free to call Jim at 1-800-807-0010. If your local provider is someone else, then visit this list of other programs. There are no exceptions. This rule also applies for "Toll Free Only" accounts. Sorry, BCN does not allow toll free service directly |

Step 3 - The form is not very USER friendly. Feel free to call me (Jim at 1-800-807-0001) for assistance. A social security number or Federal Tax ID is required. (Upper box marked FID/SSN on the service agreement form)
Step 4 - Fax back the form(s) to 1-800-464-1298. Do not forget to sign the application. When transferring a toll free number, a front page copy of the toll free bill (the one YOUR name and address) is helpful Step 5 - Toll Free accounts will have a "random number" assigned unless a Vanity Request is listed on the form. You can always order a specific number later, if you do not like the first number assigned. |
