Monthly $2.50 fee per Toll Free Number.
Good program for International Calling.

Flat Rate of 4.9 cents per minute Continental USA. Same rate within your state (some limitations). No Monthly fee, even for small users. Toll Free to cell phone is ok.
Service to a Non-RBOC is OK for most states.
Easiest and simplest plan to enroll in. Especially for start up companies

6.5 cents a minute Toll Free program Continental USA. Same 6.5 for Instate rates. This is an excellent program for states with HIGH intstate rates found in other programs. Programable "ring to" number for toll free service and a few other account management services available on line. Can even program your toll free number to ring to TelCan also offers outboundhas Excellent International rates like Canada 5.5 cents a minute. access dialing.
