Toll Free "Ring To" Number (RTN)  or Termination Number
This is the local number you want the toll free number to first ring in on. Usually this is your main business line. Sometimnes referred to as the "destination or termination number"

Toll Free Third Party "Ring To"
"Third Party RTN" means that you want your toll free number to ring DIRECTLY to a telephone number not registered in your name. Typically this is an answering service or some other off-site service. The key word is "directly". Calls can be call forwarded from your local phone to an answering service and NOT be considered "third party ring to". In other words your toll free number rings first to your local business or home line but then gets called forwarded to answering service, this would NOT be "third party".

Currently all Norcom programs do NOT allow "third party" RTNs. Should you need such a serivce a good alternative is Touch Tone -- Toll Free Express or NET programs. All three will allow "third party" RTN's.
